1) This EPS block molding machine with vacuum uses a PLC and touch screen to
control the machine's entire production cycle; including opening and
closing molds, filling, steaming, stabilizing, cooling and ejecting
2) Welded with profile steel, through heating process to improve sturdiness,
the machine can bear high expansion force
3) Vacuum system increases steam and the cooling process, improves
productivity and ensures proper density of the inner and outer block
4) The surface of the mold cavity is painted with Teflon, which reduces
de-molding and beautifies the surface of blocks
5) The block exit line is equipped with an optional electronic weighing scale
for automatically weighing post-mold blocks
