cycle; including opening and closing molds, filling, steaming,
stabilizing, cooling and ejecting
2) Soldered with welded square tubing and profile steel, this machine
can bear high expansion force
3) Vacuum system increases steam and the cooling process, improves
productivity and ensures proper density of the inner and outer block
4) Door of the mold moves steadily and safely on the horizontal beam, which
avoids a mold-closing seam and stops leakage
5) The surface of the mold cavity is painted with Teflon, which
reduces de-molding and beautifies the surface of blocks
6) The block exit line is equipped with an optional electronic weighing scale for
automatically weighing post-mold blocks
