The EPS batch pre-expander with CE Features:

1) This EPS automatic batch pre-expander has a PLC and touch panel with a fully automatic production cycle controlling filling, electronic weighing, chamber temperature, pressure and level testing

2) It uses an electronic weighing system and level sensor to control raw material volumes and expanded density, while ensuring density tolerances within 3%

3) With advanced proportional and pressure relief valves, chamber temperature is controlled to within +/-1%

4) In first expansion, density can reach 10 - 45g/L

5) Closed chamber keeps permanent pressure

6) Efficient heating helps save up to 50% steam compare to continuous pre-expanders

7) With an efficient drying system in the expansion chamber, material can be dried in the chamber rather than having to use a fluidized bed

8) Filling is done by a backpressure conveyor, which offers high efficiency and low labor consumption

9) Compact structure occupies a smaller area
