EPS batch pre-expander Main Features:
1) The expanded polystyrene  pre-expanders have a fully automatic production cycle
which controls filling, expanding, drying, sieving, de-lumping and transportation to silo
2) The inner and outer shell of the expansion chamber are made of
stainless steel, and insulated to decrease energy waste
3) With steam pressure relief valve to control density
4) First and second expansions are available with a density range
of 8 - 40g/L
5) Optional screw conveyor supplied on request at an additional
cost
