1) This expandable polystyrene block molding machine uses a PLC and touch screen to control
the machine's entire production cycle; including opening and closing
molds, filling, steaming, stabilizing, cooling and ejecting
2) Soldered with welded square tubing and profile steel, this machine
can bear high expansion force
3) Uses a blower for suction filling, cross steaming and cooling,
and to block low water content
4) Mold is made of aluminum alloy for fast heat transference
5) The block exit line is equipped with an optional electronic
weighing scale for automatically weighing post-mold blocks
