1) The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automaic mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming temperature keeing, air cooling, de-moulding and
ejecting
2) The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel, which is subjected to heating
treatment, ensuring high strength of the machine without deformatin, and possibility
of bearing the expansion force of the high-density products
3) The machine built in vertical style, smaller foundation, better material filling, what is more, with less top area of mould, which reduce the water content of block
4) Adopting advanced moulding technique, the machine is applicable to produce blocks
of high density and low density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block
5) The mould cavity surface is coated with teflon, ensuring easy de-mould and good
finish of the block
